Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation to join its team.The ideal candidate will have broad experience handling complex commercial disputes and will play a key role in managing files, representing clients before the courts and providing strategic legal advice.Your RoleYou will manage a diverse range of civil and commercial litigation matters and advise clients on various legal issues. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and taking the lead on civil and commercial litigation filesDrafting demand letters, court proceedings and other litigation-related documentsRepresenting clients before trial and appellate courtsHandling matters involving construction law, shareholder disputes,
