The firm advises a corporate, institutional and entrepreneurial client base on strategic matters related to labour relations, regulatory compliance and risk management.This opportunity is suited to a professional looking to leverage a structured and collaborative platform to grow their practice, while actively contributing to the positioning of the group in the market.The RoleAs a Labour and Employment Partner, you will be involved in complex mandates in both advisory and litigation matters, while actively contributing to the growth of the group. You will act as a strategic advisor to employers in a variety of contexts involving significant human, operational and financial considerations.The role includes a solid entrepreneurial component, including business development, client relationship management and contributing to the strategic direction of the practice.Responsibilities Advise and represent employers in labour and employment law mattersHandle litigation matters, including grievance arbitrations, complaints and contractual disputesSupport clients in sensitive situations, including internal investigations, disciplinary measures and restructuringsDraft and review policies,
