You will partner with Origination and Product teams to assess client solutions, strategic initiatives, and transactions from design through execution. The work combines commercial judgement, structuring expertise, and risk assessment across legal, regulatory, credit, operational, and reputational considerations.Key Responsibilities: Partner with GTB teams from early design through transaction executionTranslate complex legal and regulatory issues into business recommendationsEvaluate risk allocation, mitigants, exceptions,
