Support everyday banking needs as a Client Engagement Associate at CIBC’s Dartmouth banking centre, using client service and financial products knowledge. Work onsite full time, with banking centre hours that may include evenings and weekends.

As part of Personal and Business Banking, you will answer questions, assist with transactions, and guide clients through digital banking options. You will complete sales of basic banking products, identify specialist referral opportunities, and connect clients with appropriate CIBC team members. The position focuses on meaningful client interactions and relationship building.
