This full-time permanent coordinator reports to the Installation Manager and supports an Ontario security solutions provider. You will schedule activities, follow up with customers, prepare purchase orders, track shipments, and coordinate project details. The work requires independent task completion and practical communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate project details using Salesforce, Outlook, Teams, and platforms

Maintain accurate inventory, delivery, and equipment assignment records

Requirements:
Robust organizational and communication skills
Microsoft Office and related software knowledge
