What you will do:
Process quote requests quickly and accurately.
Take orders by email, phone, and in person.
Research the best options for your clients, with the support of your team.
Verify prices, availability, and lead times with our suppliers.
Provide excellent customer service, from initial contact to after-sales follow-up.
Learn daily alongside experienced colleagues and contribute to the team spirit.

What you need to shine:
Excellent communication skills in French (bilingualism is an asset).
Customer service experience, an internship, or relevant first job is a plus (0 to 2 years). years).
An organized,



curious, and proactive mind with a thirst for learning.
A natural aptitude for customer service.
Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
