Alberta Health Services seeks an HR Advisor for its Health Shared Services HRBP team. You will advise leaders, employees, physicians, and volunteers across unionized and non-union workforces. The work includes consultation, coaching, coordination, recommendations, and strategic direction on wide-ranging human resource functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide proactive consultation and recommendations to organizational leaders
Advise on employee and labor relations matters
Support investigations, performance management, grievances, and conflict resolution




Interpret collective agreements and related human resource policies
Engage specialists and Centres of Expertise when required

Requirements:
HR Advisor or Generalist experience
Solid understanding of employee and labor relations
Knowledge of performance and ability management
Experience supporting unionized and non-union employees
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
