As a Payroll Advisor within P&C; Operations, you will apply payroll expertise across federal and provincial settings. Your work supports Total Rewards processes, compliance, year-end delivery, and operational improvements. You will also provide guidance, analysis, and recommendations to leaders and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute or support semi-monthly and monthly payrolls
Ensure payroll inputs and outputs meet requirements
Lead year-end payroll processes and documentation updates
Enhance SAP payroll use and support deliverables




Maintain compliance with audit and government expectations

Requirements:
Five-plus years of payroll and compliance experience
Experience across federal and provincial environments
Experience across Canada, United States, United Kingdom, and EMEA
Proficiency with Excel and SAP HR and Finance modules
PCP designation and Business degree or diploma
