Humber River Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Medical Imaging Department. The casual position supports interventional radiology, cardiology, CT-guided, MRI, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy procedures. You will assess patients, administer ordered medications, interpret ECGs, and collaborate with technologists, radiologists, clerical staff, and external inter-qualified teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients before imaging procedures and explain risks and care
Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythm, oxygenation, and consciousness
Assist physicians and technologists during imaging procedures
Manage sedation recovery,



procedural sites, and complications
Recognize adverse reactions and initiate emergency protocols

Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Recent Medical Imaging, critical care, emergency, or perioperative experience
Current BCLS certification and ACLS within six months
Proficiency in ECG interpretation, IV therapy, and venipuncture
Patient assessment, teaching, communication, and organizational skills
