We are seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to lead trade operatives delivering repairs and maintenance across social housing. You will oversee daily operations, monitor performance, and maintain secure, efficient, high-quality work. The role requires coordination with planners, clients, and administrators.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise operatives and subcontractors completing repairs on time
Monitor productivity, workmanship, and quality through site visits
Ensure Health & Safety and quality compliance
Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
Support team development and continuous improvement

Requirements:
Repairs Supervisor or Senior Operative experience
Social housing or property maintenance background
Strong multi-trade technical knowledge
Understanding of Health & Safety, RAMS, and compliance
CSCS card and full UK driving licence
