The work spans brownfield retrofits, greenfield developments, mining projects, and multiple divisions across North America. You will balance business development, project execution, and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Lead mining proposal development and prepare fee estimatesDefine brownfield scopes and lead projects through detailed engineeringBuild client relationships and maintain a mining opportunity pipelineIdentify energy-sector clients, opportunities,



and cross-selling strategiesSupport teams through quality reviews, reporting, and risk mitigationRequirements: At least 15 years’ direct industry experienceExperience in energy, renewables, heavy industrial, or mining sectorsP.
