Lead Oracle Cloud Core HR implementations remotely or from Chicago, Montreal, or Toronto, using functional expertise and client advisory skills. As a Manager at Huron, you will guide full lifecycle Core HR implementations and lead Core HR workstreams. Your work includes requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and post go live support. You will translate business needs into scalable Oracle best practice solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Guide clients through full lifecycle Core HR implementations Drive design workshops and manage Core HR workstreams Oversee deliverable quality across implementation phases Ensure integration across Payroll, Perks, and Talent Mentor junior and offshore project resources Requirements:

Five to seven years of Core HR consulting experience Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Core HR Multiple full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementation experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent work experience Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed Apply Oracle Cloud Core HR expertise, stakeholder management, and solution design skills to Huron’s client implementations.
