You'll work closely with Project Managers, emergency crews, and insurance partners to keep projects moving smoothly from loss to restoration.You won't be stuck behind a desk all day — but you will be the person everyone relies on to get the numbers right.What You'll Be DoingPrepare detailed mitigation and reconstruction estimates for emergency lossesComplete quantity take-offs for demo, drying, contents, cleaning, restoration, and rebuild workIdentify scope gaps, risks, and changes — and prepare supplements as neededEnsure estimates align with insurer guidelines, industry standards, and company pricingScope Review & DocumentationReview site reports, photos, loss details, and supporting documentationValidate scopes so nothing gets missedMaintain complete, accurate estimating files in company systemsInsurance & Client SubmissionsSubmit estimates, supplements,
