Key Responsibilities
Assist eligible members with benefit enrollment information and verification of program eligibility.
Handle incoming customer service calls and address questions regarding benefits and coverage.
Conduct follow-up calls with individuals who have requested additional information or assistance.
Schedule and facilitate virtual consultations to discuss available protection programs.
Evaluate individual needs and present suitable insurance solutions using company-provided assessment tools.
Guide clients through coverage selections, application procedures, and enrollment documentation.
Maintain organized and accurate records of member communications and account activity.
Attend regular training sessions and collaborate with leadership to remain informed about products, services, and program changes.
