Under the Regional Marketing Manager, the Casino Host works with Operations Managers to develop guest relationships. You will welcome VIP guests, explain player card advantages, and support Prive Program enrollment. The position also uses Salesforce, CRM tools, and guest preferences to personalize service.

Key Responsibilities:
Network with VIP guests and maintain personalized relationships
Welcome guests at VIP events and provide special attention
Promote player rewards cards and Prive Program enrollment




Record guest preferences and special events in Salesforce
Assist with events, dining, entertainment, and special arrangements

Requirements:
Minimum two years of guest or customer service experience
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to safeguard confidential information
Ability to obtain a Gaming License
