Reporting to the Sales Manager, this Used Vehicle Sales Specialist supports dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards. The position involves contacting potential buyers, managing customer relationships, and converting showroom and appointment opportunities. Used automotive sales experience is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with potential buyers through the CRM and Upgrade System
Make approximately 40 outgoing customer calls daily
Maintain customer contact from leads and allocated databases




Return unsold customers to the showroom for vehicle sales
Achieve monthly and annual sales and gross objectives

Requirements:
Valid OMVIC license in positive standing
Two-plus years of used automotive sales experience considered an asset
Robust interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Microsoft Office, Excel, and computer application proficiency
Class G licence preferred; OMVIC certification required
