Coordinate retail store projects for the ALDO Group across Canada and the United States, using planning, budgeting, and stakeholder-management skills.

Reporting to the Director of Retail Space Management — North America, the Project Coordinator maintains and enhances corporate stores. The work covers store requests, renovations, deployments, closures, asset recovery, furniture, fixtures, and displays. You will define schedules, objectives, deliverables, and budgets while tracking progress.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to visual merchandising and operational store requests
Coordinate closures, asset recovery, and redistribution activities
Prepare preliminary renovation and reconfiguration plans
Track project costs, schedules, progress, and stakeholder updates




Coordinate internal teams, partners, architects, and consultants

Requirements:
Retail planning, construction, facilities, renovation, or office project experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Robust planning, budgeting, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities with autonomy
Occasional availability outside regular business hours

Support ALDO Group retail projects through organized coordination, practical solutions, cost tracking, and explicit stakeholder communication.
