Lead hands-on distribution operations for Munchkin, coordinating fulfillment, process execution, and frontline improvement as a temporary Lead Hand. Support consistent performance.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this experienced operational leader supports management with team coordination and process optimization. The work spans omni-channel fulfillment, customer satisfaction, throughput efficiency, carrier operations, and distribution excellence across receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute established omni-channel fulfillment processes during volume fluctuations
Coordinate teams, carriers, and internal departments
Identify bottlenecks and support corrective actions
Monitor operational KPIs, costs,



and labor productivity
Support Lean and Six Sigma improvement initiatives

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Two to four years of warehouse operations experience
Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Software
One year operating warehouse equipment and required certifications
Knowledge of shipping, transportation, and omni-channel fulfillment
