As part of the Counterparty Risk, Financial Assurances team, you will support preparation, negotiation, execution, and administration. The work involves Legal, analysts, business partners, and counterparties. You will also maintain records, improve processes, and use AI-enabled tools responsibly with human oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, negotiate, and execute financial assurance documentation
Review documents against templates, contracts, and negotiated terms
Administer amendments, renewals, replacements, expiries, and reporting

Requirements:
Recognized Legal Assistant or Paralegal program completion
Minimum four years of Legal Assistant or Paralegal experience
