The Minnesota Department of Revenue seeks a Revenue Collections Officer 2 for its Collection V Unit. You will provide service, guidance, and education while promoting tax compliance and collecting debt fairly. Six months of paid training covers Minnesota tax laws and customer service strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Research cases and review supporting documentation
Process client correspondence accurately and promptly
Negotiate payment arrangements with taxpayers
Handle approximately 24 weekly hours of incoming phone calls

Requirements:
Two years of customer service experience
Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Edge
