Support vulnerable families across Saskatchewan as a Family Enrichment Worker providing crisis intervention and person-centered care. This full time position offers 40 hours weekly.

Catholic Social Services is recruiting for a recent program serving central Saskatchewan. The Family Enrichment Worker delivers intensive short-term interventions, parenting education, skill building, and advocacy. The work requires confidence, motivation, non-judgmental practice, and robust written and verbal communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect intensive short-term family interventions
Deliver crisis intervention, parenting education, and skill building
Coordinate assessments, service planning, and follow-up meetings




Connect families with community information and referrals
Build support systems through advocacy and mentorship

Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Human Services or equivalent
Minimum two years supporting families, addictions, or mental health
Experience providing crisis intervention
Valid First Aid and required background checks
Class 5 licence, vehicle, insurance, and registration

Use family support, crisis intervention, and advocacy skills while serving communities throughout central Saskatchewan with Catholic Social Services.
