The Citadel Theatre in Edmonton seeks a agile Producer to oversee artistic contracts, budgets, and partnerships, reporting to the Artistic Director. You will negotiate rights, manage co-productions, and build community ties to animate stages with local talent.

Required are 8 years of theatre admin leadership, strong contract and budget skills, and a commitment to equity and inclusion. Adaptable evenings and weekends essential for this year-round, full time role.
