Janzen’s Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant – LTC Data Entry Specialist for its Long-Term Care team. You will enter prescriptions, process refills, coordinate packaging, and organize deliveries. The position supports residents of long-term care facilities and retirement homes through accurate pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter prescription orders using Kroll, PointClickCare, and Med e-Care
Process refills, current prescriptions, and third-party adjudications
Package medications and coordinate facility deliveries accurately
Maintain documentation, confidentiality,



and pharmacy regulatory compliance
Respond professionally to nurses, care staff, and healthcare providers

Requirements:
Robust working knowledge of Kroll, PCC, and Med e-Care
Solid organization and attention to detail
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stand long periods and occasionally lift containers
