Reporting to the FP&A; Manager, the Consultant supports Directors, Managers, and Physicians across assigned portfolios. The position integrates financial, statistical, and clinical information for planning and decision-making. Responsibilities include annual operating budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, month-end activities, and internal and external reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze budgets, forecasts, business cases, and performance trends
Prepare forecasts and coordinate annual operating budgets
Explain variances and recommend actions for financial pressures




Build financial models and scenario analyses
Support month-end, year-end, and reporting requirements

Requirements:
University degree or skilled designation program
Minimum two years of relevant financial analysis experience
Healthcare finance or financial planning experience
Knowledge of CIHI-MIS Guidelines
Advanced statistical analysis and Microsoft application proficiency
