AdeptAg seeks an experienced Controller to lead finance for the Plantech Control Solutions business unit. You will oversee three divisions, partner with operations leaders, and strengthen consistent accounting practices. The work includes close management, project cash flows, tax filings, budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and profitability recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end statements
Review reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and audits
Lead annual budgets and forecast updates for locations
Provide variance analysis, KPIs,



and management recommendations
Partner on cost control and project profitability

Requirements:
CPA and degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Eight-plus years of progressive accounting experience
Three-plus years in Controller or comparable leadership position
Experience with inventory, job costing, WIP, and overhead
Team-oriented, hands-on leadership style with solid Excel skills
