As Associate Consultant, you will contribute to learning design, performance development, recognition, and employee engagement activities. The work combines instructional and behavioural science with data-based analysis to identify needs, root causes, and suitable interventions. Collaboration with internal clients supports leadership development, change management, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop eLearning assets with authoring and interactive software
Analyze learning trends, tools, and design practices
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions




Support leadership orientation initiatives
Recommend continuous improvements to talent management strategy

Requirements:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Three years designing and delivering instructional programs
Experience in eLearning and virtual settings
Proficiency using Microsoft 365 applications
Proficiency in SharePoint; healthcare experience is an asset
