Lead commercial cladding estimates for Specified’s current Architectural Facades division, using building envelope expertise and detailed quantity take-offs.Reporting to the Vice President, Estimating & Preconstruction, this Senior Estimator will lead estimating for commercial cladding and building envelope projects. The role combines detailed estimating, client and consultant engagement, pricing strategy, and process development.
