As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you serve as the primary contact for an assigned book of business. You advise clients on home and Auto risks, assess coverage needs, and develop tailored insurance solutions. Your work includes renewals, insurer negotiations, and portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and insurers
- Identify exposures and assess personal lines coverage needs
- Manage renewals, marketing, negotiations, terms, and pricing
- Prepare submissions, proposals, and insurance summaries
- Pursue cross-selling, upselling, referrals, and new business

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of insurance industry experience
- Current RIBO License in good standing
- Proven client maintenance and retention record
- Solid analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Applied Systems EPIC knowledge preferred
