Drive FP&A;, budgeting, and forecasting for Pomerleau’s construction business units in a hybrid corporate role supporting strategic financial decisions. As a Financial Analyst, you will work under the Manager of Planning and Financial Analysis. You will partner with business units, project managers, VPs, and functional leaders. Your focus includes financial analysis, project management, performance reporting, and OneStream development. Key Responsibilities:

Lead annual budget development with business and functional leaders Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts for projects Analyze performance variances and recommend solutions Establish project budget structures and monitor risks Develop financial models and KPI tracking tools Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, management, business administration, or finance Professional accounting designation, CPA Three to five years’ FP&A; or accounting experience Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge Solid analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills Apply your FP&A;, forecasting, project finance, and analytical skills to Pomerleau’s major construction projects across Canada.
