Pursuit seeks a Hotel Manager for Glacier View Lodge, located 100 kilometres from Jasper. This in office living role oversees hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, guest services, and room standards. Staff accommodations and three hot meals per day are provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage front office operations and overall hotel performance
Conduct weekly inspections for room cleanliness and maintenance
Improve processes, procedures, policies, and guest experience
Represent the hotel with business partners and community relationships

Requirements:
Three to five years of management-level strategic and operational experience
Hospitality management or related post-secondary diploma or degree
Experience leading front office and rooms division operations
Cutting-edge approach supporting guest and employee needs
