Ryse Solutions is hiring a Recycling Value Chain Operations Manager to strengthen Blue Box service delivery for producers. Reporting to the Vice President, this hands-on manager works strategically and operationally across collection, processing, recovery, final disposition, and end markets. The position also supports a small team.

Key Responsibilities:
Own operational plans for producers’ material-management targets
Track capture, contamination, recovery yield, throughput, and downtime
Lead service-provider reviews and accountable action plans
Manage budgets, variances, cost controls, and invoice validation
Promote protected,



compliant, environmentally responsible operations

Requirements:
10+ years in environmental services, supply chain, or operations
Experience with performance management and service-provider contracts
Knowledge of Ontario Blue Box regulatory requirements
Robust analytical, negotiation, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills
Combination of office, remote, and field-based work
