Senior Accountant CPAAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly qualified Senior Accountant (CPA) to join a growing Quebec-based company. You will play a key role in reviewing financial statements, evaluating internal processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and applicable regulations.Your ResponsibilitiesConduct audits and financial reviews in accordance with applicable standardsReview financial statements, management reports, and other accounting documents to validate their accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting principlesEvaluate internal controls and accounting systems to identify risks and opportunities improvementConduct compliance tests and regulatory auditsPrepare detailed reports with recommendations to improve accounting and operational practicesParticipate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures, as well as the preparation of financial statementsCollaborate with external auditors during audits and year‐end closing proceduresContribute to the preparation of budgets and forecasts,
