Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced WRT-certified SUBCONTRACTOR to join our growing demolition team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on who can effectively manage projects, oversee crews, and ensure high-quality workmanship while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction standards. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise restoration crews on water mitigation and restoration projects.
Perform water extraction, structural drying, monitoring, and documentation in accordance with industry standards.
Coordinate daily job site activities and communicate project expectations to team members.
Maintain accurate records, photos, and moisture readings.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Train, mentor, and support crew members to promote team development and efficiency.
Communicate professionally with clients, property managers, and insurance representatives.




Manage equipment, materials, and job site organization. Requirements
Current WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certification preferred.
Previous experience in water damage restoration, mitigation, demolition or related construction trades.
Demonstrated leadership and crew management experience.
Robust problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in rapid-paced environments.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work.
Solid knowledge of Safety Standards and Practices. Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 – 50.0 per week Work
