This position supports standardized service processes and asset management administration across operating divisions. You will communicate with operations, the Maintenance Superintendent, and Shop Foremen.

Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate detailed work orders in company management software
Track maintenance and repair requests through scheduling
Maintain employee safety document records accurately
Record attendance and approved vacation information
Direct incoming calls to maintenance support staff

Requirements:
