Direct vehicle sales operations at OpenRoad Toyota Peace Arch using process management, transaction structuring, and performance accountability. The position is full-time.

As Sales Manager, you will control and execute dealership sales operations while developing processes aligned with sales goals. You will structure current and used vehicle transactions under federal and provincial regulations. Daily priorities include sales associate coaching, team communication, customer satisfaction, retention, and completion of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the dealership selling cycle
Create processes aligned with sales goals and departments
Structure transactions according to regulations and guidelines
Train Advisors on products, processes,



and team objectives
Check daily metrics and support target achievement

Requirements:
At least two years automotive sales management experience
Valid VSA License required for the position
Robust process adherence and management systems understanding
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and digital platforms
Valid British Columbia Driver’s License with positive record
