Drive people operations for EcoOnline’s Canadian and US colleagues through HR systems, onboarding, and practical employee support. This position is part time.

You will combine operational delivery with business partnering in a global technology company. Responsibilities include employee changes, absence management, leavers, records, perks, payroll coordination, and employment practices. The role also supports two senior executives and identifies improvements to local HR processes and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain HR systems, records, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes
Coordinate with payroll, perks, finance, IT, and internal teams
Improve local HR processes and employee experience
Use people data and feedback to identify practical solutions

Requirements:
Two to four years’ existing HR Business Partner experience
Exposure to onboarding, employee relations, performance, systems, or perks
Experience in international, scaling, SaaS, technology, or multi-site businesses advantageous
Relevant HR qualification, degree, or equivalent practical experience desirable
Ability to manage structured processes and changing priorities
