This Strategic Pursuit Manager role leads positioning and capture activities supporting high-value strategic growth. You will research markets, identify differentiators, and shape compelling win themes. Collaboration with business, market, regional, technical, and external partners is central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement capture plans for strategic opportunities
Identify differentiators through competitive intelligence
Collaborate with leadership teams on pipeline growth

Requirements:
Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
8+ years of strategic pursuit or capture management experience
Solid procurement knowledge for Alternative Delivery Projects
Experience with proposal systems and CRM platforms
Ability to influence matrixed teams and manage deadlines
