This senior specialist leads relationship management for Ministry of Transportation Ontario and Hydro One programs. You will support project planning, environmental assessment, design, and construction while advising clients and teams. Success requires strategic guidance, solid communication, and knowledge of Indigenous rights, treaties, UNDRIP, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic advice on consultation requirements and policies
Integrate Indigenous perspectives into project decisions
Facilitate meetings with Nations and organizations




Identify and manage engagement risks and prospects
Support proposals, client relationships, and business growth

Requirements:
10+ years in Indigenous engagement, relations, EA, or related fields
Ontario transportation project and EA process experience
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent relationship-building and facilitation skills
Solid project management and client advisory capabilities
