This Marketing Manager oversees Shopify storefronts, email, SMS, paid social, and search. Reporting to the Co-founder, you will work with marketing, product, and customer experience partners. The role covers onsite merchandising, campaign execution, customer retention, weekly reporting, and performance optimization across both markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage homepage, collections, products, navigation, and launch pages
Test offers, checkout, and pages to improve conversion and AOV
Own Klaviyo flows, campaigns, segments, and retention programs




Run promotional and launch calendars across Canada and US
Track traffic, revenue, ROAS, CAC, and channel performance weekly

Requirements:
Four or more years in ecommerce or digital marketing
Deep hands-on Shopify merchandising and landing-page experience
Klaviyo results with measurable flows and campaigns
Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and Shopify analytics
Robust copywriting, design judgment, and independent deadline management
