The ServiceNow Technical Lead oversees scalable solutions and technical excellence for CAAT’s Information Technology team. This role leads developers, translates business requirements into platform capabilities, and guides end-to-end implementations. Responsibilities span ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and App Engine.

Key Responsibilities:
Own ServiceNow projects from requirements gathering through deployment
Architect and configure ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and App Engine
Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations
Guide developers and oversee team deliverables
Drive upgrades, feature adoption, automation,



and optimization

Requirements:
College diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field
Five to seven years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required
Knowledge of ITIL, Agile/Scrum, and enterprise service management
Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and scripting
