Apply geotechnical core logging and sample tracking skills at Agnico Eagle’s Dobie operation near Kirkland Lake, Ontario.

As an Exploration Technician, you will work with the Exploration team and report to the Exploration Logistics Coordinator. Your responsibilities include supporting the core facility, maintaining exploration records, and validating geological, environmental, and operational data. You will also assist field programs, contractor mobilization, logistics, and protected execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform geotechnical core logging and exploration sample collection
Maintain exploration records and quality assurance standards
Support core handling, scanning, tracking, and shipment coordination




Provide field supervision support during contractor activities
Promote health, safety, environmental, and cultural standards

Requirements:
Post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience
Attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow procedures and work independently after training
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
Valid driver’s license; forklift or loader experience is an asset

Use core logging, sample management, and careful recordkeeping to support protected exploration programs at Agnico Eagle.
