Reporting to the Environmental Services Supervisor, this casual Maintenance position serves a long-term care facility. The successful candidate understands technical systems including fire alarms, HVAC, boilers, plumbing, and electrical equipment. The work requires explicit records, timely problem reporting, and respect, tact, diplomacy, and valuable judgement relating to resident care.

Key Responsibilities:
Complete building construction and minor equipment repairs
Perform custodial duties when required by facility needs
Inspect systems and document preventative maintenance activities

Perform duties involving pushing, pulling, and lifting

Requirements:
Building maintenance, construction, and repairs experience
