We’re looking for a Senior People Operations Partner to help raise the bar for how People work gets doneThis is an opportunity to join a People function with a strong foundation and help shape what comes nextYou’ll bring fresh thinking to the systems, processes, and programs that support employees and managers, helping make them more thoughtful, consistent, and scalable as Shakepay growsYou’ll work across the employee lifecycle, contribute to key People programs, and partner with managers and cross-functional teams on People-related decisionsThis is a hands‑on senior individual contributor role for someone who enjoys getting into the details, sees opportunities to improve what already exists, and turns good ideas into practical solutionsTake responsibility for the day‑to‑day operation of core People processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, leave, benefits, employee data, documentation, and People systemsDesign, document, and improve reliable workflows, handoffs, and resources that make People processes easier to navigate and maintainSupport the operational delivery of key People programs, including performance and compensation cycles, and help improve how those programs work over timeBring forward clear recommendations, options, tradeoffs, and next steps when the path forward is not obviousUse data, employee feedback, and day‑to‑day experience to identify risks, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, simplification and automationPartner with Finance, Legal, Security, Talent,
