Apply senior software quality assurance expertise with SQL and test automation across Info-Tech’s remote or hybrid Canadian Application Development team. As a Senior Software QA Analyst, you will plan and execute test suites across Info-Tech products and systems. The work spans Agile development, frontend and backend validation, automated test scripts, and database integrity checks. You will help assure quality across subscription research websites, Diagnostic products, SoftwareReviews, myPolicies, and emerging AI/Machine Learning features. Key Responsibilities:

Design comprehensive test strategies across applications, enhancements, and integrations Define scenarios, acceptance criteria, and coverage with delivery partners Validate transactions, data integrity,



and backend processes using SQL Investigate defects, environment issues, test results, and root causes Document test plans, results, traceability, regressions, and defect metrics Requirements:

Four years of skilled software testing experience Diploma or degree in a related technical field Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and QA practices Experience with automated UI or API test scripts Strong SQL, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Bring senior QA leadership, SQL validation, automation, and detailed defect analysis to Info-Tech’s evolving product portfolio.
