This role requires strong clinical expertise, including emergency/trauma experience and advanced IV skills. You will be part of a dynamic and compassionate team delivering personalized, high-quality care across our Executive Health programs.What You'll DoDeliver IV infusion therapy as part of a specialized clinical program for patients receiving IV medications including, but not limited to, IV iron, IV biologics,



and IV bisphosphonates.Assess individual patient needs and develop tailored care plansPerform comprehensive health assessments and health counselingManage potential infusion reactions in collaboration with the NP, adhering to clinical protocols. This may include, but not be limited to, anaphylaxis, bronchospasm, rash, vasovagal reactions, and anxiety.Triage acute concerns, offer anticipatory guidance, and coordinate careCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless careMaintain and apply in-depth knowledge of clinical protocols and medical directivesUphold safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing practicesAccurately document and communicate using EMRs and other digital toolsParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing career development.QualificationsWhat You BringRegistered Nurse (RN) designation in Ontario, in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)BScN – RequiredCurrent First Aid/CPR certificationMinimum 3 years of nursing experience in an Emergency setting (preferably in public or private healthcare settings)Emergency or trauma care experience – RequiredExpertise in IV management/therapy – RequiredExperience in IV infusion programs – Strong assetAbility to work independently and adapt quickly to different clinical settingsExceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsNice-to-HavesACLS certificationExperience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and digital health platforms
