This is not simply a development-lead role. The successful candidate must understand end-to-end solution delivery, including requirements, architecture, application development, integration, data, testing, infrastructure, security, deployment and production readiness. The Technical Lead will work closely with solution architects and delivery teams to identify practical solutions that meet business, regulatory and enterprise-architecture requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end technical leadership across complex Personal Banking initiatives.Partner with solution and enterprise architects to define solution approaches and resolve technical challenges.Translate business and regulatory requirements into implementable technical solutions.Coordinate delivery across application, integration, data, infrastructure,



security and QA teams.Understand upstream and downstream system impacts and manage technical dependencies.Lead technical design discussions, solution reviews and implementation planning.Identify technical risks and issues early and drive resolution across teams.Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, resiliency and technology standards.Support development, integration testing, implementation and production-readiness activities.Act as the technical bridge between business, architecture, engineering and project leadership.Required Experience8 years of experience delivering complex enterprise technology solutions.Solid experience within banking or financial services, preferably Personal Banking.Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end technology delivery, not solely application development.Experience working closely with solution and enterprise architects.Experience leading cross-functional technical teams through complex delivery.Nice-to-Have ExperienceExperience supporting regulatory or compliance-driven initiatives, including
