Drive Customer Success operations through Microsoft program expertise, scalable processes, and accurate execution across CDW Canada. Support cross-functional teams with Salesforce and Gainsight. As a Customer Success Operations Specialist, you will operationalize programs and offerings from inception through ongoing execution. Your work spans agreement and licensing operations, reporting, platform enablement, workflows, training, and best practices. You will help CSMs, Sales, Licensing, Finance, Services, and Microsoft achieve adoption, expansion, retention, profitability, and vendor program objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Support strategic Microsoft programs, milestones, budgets, and performance indicators Optimize scalable Customer Success processes and standard operating procedures Manage licensing operations, renewals, agreements, billings, and vendor reporting Submit, track,



and claim eligible Microsoft program funding Maintain reporting, pipelines, deal registration, and operational documentation Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business or computer-related experience Three or more years delivering quality technology solutions Three or more years supporting IaaS and cloud technology projects One or more years in Microsoft Licensing Operations or equivalent Microsoft program knowledge, project management, and solid communication skills Apply Customer Success operations, Microsoft licensing, reporting, and process improvement expertise across CDW Canada’s technology programs.
