Lead asset protection and safety across lululemon’s Eastern Distribution Centres in an in-person, full time senior management role. The Senior Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across multiple campuses and jurisdictions. You will lead AP&S; Managers, establish regional priorities, and partner with Operations, Investigations, People & Culture, Facilities, and Legal. The role protects people, product, property, and assets while strengthening compliance and consistent execution. Key Responsibilities:

and compliance data Provide direction during significant incidents and crisis response Requirements:

8+ years of progressive AP&S;, safety, security, or operations experience Experience leading managers across complex, multi-site operational environments Knowledge of safety legislation, investigations, emergency management, and risk mitigation Experience managing budgets, workforce planning, and operational performance Ability to travel regularly, including cross-border travel Bring regional leadership, risk analysis, compliance expertise, and safety oversight to lululemon’s global fulfillment network.
