Your future starts here.PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:As a Driver in our Automotive Compound, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and professional handling of current and used automobiles within a high-paced operational environment. This position involves hands-on work, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety standards while supporting critical transportation and inventory processes.POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:Safely load and unload motor vehicles to and from multi-level railcarsInstall and remove wheel restraints on vehicles positioned on railcarsShuttle vehicles within the facility to designated areasPerform visual inspections of vehicles for damage and accurately report findingsClimb ladders to access railcars and install steel bridge plates (approx. 40 lbs) between railcarsFollow all work instructions and safety protocols to ensure compliance and operational excellencePOSITION REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or general equivalencyMinimum2 years of driving experienceAbility to workrotating shifts, including days, afternoons, nights, weekends,
