As an Hourly Payroll Administrator, you will report to the Payroll Supervisor and process company payroll under company and government policies. The position includes current-hire, change, and termination calculations, ROE preparation, reconciliations, and audit support. Payroll experience and Excel proficiency are key.

Key Responsibilities:
Process hourly payroll accurately and on schedule
Calculate pay changes, new hires, and terminations
Prepare and reconcile year-end reporting
Assist with internal and external audits
Maintain confidential payroll operations and employee information

Requirements:
Minimum two years processing the full payroll cycle
Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business or Accounting
PCP designation or in-house payroll experience is an asset
Ability to meet deadlines with high accuracy
Robust written, oral, and customer-service communication
